Summary[]
As Rome and Regina continue to move forward with the adoption process, they are thrown into helping Delilah with a troubled Sophie. Meanwhile, Gary confronts Eric about his past, and Eddie pursues a new career in music.[2]

- This is the first episode of the series to not mention Jon in any capacity.
- Per DJ Nash, it was decided to tell the story of Rome being wrongly arrested by the police after one of Nash's friends had been wrongly treated by the police.[3]
- A new original song was specifically created for this episode. It is named "Need You Now", and performed by Anna Akana.
- In the episode, the song was introduced at the end of the episode as one of the songs made by Dakota, Akana's character.
