Tucker Cawley is a writer of ABC's A Million Little Things.

Biography[]

Early Life[]

Not much is known about Cawley's early life. He is a 1986 graduate of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, DC; and a 1990 graduate of the University of Virginia, where he was a member of Theta Chi social fraternity.

Career[]

Cawley broke into television as an intern for the Psychic Friends Network, and a personal assistant to Roseanne Barr and Tom Arnold. Eventually, he become a television writer and producer, mostly for comedy series.

From 1996 to 2005, Cawley wrote more than 30 episodes for Everybody Loves Raymond. Thanks to this series, Cawley has won three Emmy Awards, including the 2003 Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.

Cawley has also written for Men of a Certain Age, Parks and Recreation, Up All Night, the short-lived Kelsey Grammer sitcom Hank, The Mindy Project, The Odd Couple and DJ Nash's Growing Up Fisher, among others.

In 2019, Cawley wrote an episode of ABC's A Million Little Things.[1]
