Not much is known about Pratt's early life. She was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She was raised in Calgary, and is a graduate of the University of Alberta Drama program (BA Honours).

Pratt's TV roles include The Twilight Zone, So Help Me Todd, The Magicians, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Supernatural and Standard Action, among others.
In 2023, Pratt was cast as Carol on A Million Little Things.
