Not much is known about Rubio's early life.
Career[]
In 1990, Rubio started her acting career as a Birdcage Waitress in Another 48 Hrs.. She also co-starred on The Brothers and Monk. Rubio is best known for playing the role of Paramedic Nicole on Grey's Anatomy. From 2007 to 2017, she appeared in nearly 40 episodes of the series.
Rubio also worked as a script supervisor. While she ended up being credited on Star Trek, Sleeper Cell or Blade, she is best known for her work on Grey's Anatomy. From 2005 to 2016, she was credited in over 214 episodes.
Rubio started working as a director in 2015. Her first episode was Madam Secretary's "The Ninth Circle". Since then, she worked on Scandal, Station 19, How To Get Away With Murder, Grey's Anatomy, Chicago P.D. and Being Mary Jane, among others.
In 2020, Rubio directed her first episode of the ABC series, A Million Little Things.[1]
