Not much is known about Finochio's early life. He was born on December 24th in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. His family is of Italian heritage, and he has four brothers. His father is a comedy writer and his uncle is an actor.

Career

Finochio's TV credits include Loudermilk, Date My Dad, Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Riverdale and The Flash, among others. He also played the role of Steven Reed in Freaks, a Roman sentry in Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, and Ted in 50/50.

In 2021, Finochio was cast as Teddy on A Million Little Things.
