Lochlyn Munro is one of the actors of A Million Little Things, portraying the role of a Coach.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Munro was born February 12, 1966, in Lac la Hache, British Columbia. While playing music in various clubs around Vancouver, British Columbia, he studied drama and improvisational comedy with many of the industry's top professionals, including the late Susan Strasberg. Eventually, he started his acting career after a serious sports injury ended his dream of playing professional ice hockey.
Career[]
Munro's first acting roles were on 21 Jump Street (1987) and Wiseguy (1987). As of today, he is credited for more than 200 roles in television dramas and films.
For films, Munro is mostly known for his roles in Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven (1992), A Night at the Roxbury (1998), Scary Movie (2000), Freddy vs. Jason (2003), and White Chicks (2004). He also starred in two Moment of Truth films: Stand Against Fear, as a high-school jock who uses his popularity for all the wrong reasons, and Abduction of Innocence, as the boyfriend-turned-kidnapper of a teenage lumber heiress.
From 1991 to 1994, Munro played the role of Jason in the Canadian series Northwood. In 1999, he played the recurring role of Jack Sheridan during the second season of Charmed. He has also appeared on Without a Trace, CSI, CSI: Miami and CSI: NY. He appeared as Paul Musevini, a time traveling patriarch of a genetically-enhanced Nietzschean race, in "Pride Before the Fall", the 100th episode of Andromeda.
Over the course of his career, Munro guest starred on Smallville, The Mentalist, Hawaii Five-0, Psych, Scorpion, Arrow and Supernatural, among others. In 2017, Munro began playing the recurring role of Hal Cooper in The CW teen drama Riverdale.
In 2018, Munro was cast as a Coach on A Million Little Things.[1]
Personal life[]
On June 14, 1997, Munro married his wife Sharon. They have 2 children together.
He currently splits his time between Vancouver and Los Angeles.
