Biography

Early life

Javier was born in Mexico. As a religious man, he raised his son as Catholic, going to church every Sunday and twice at Christmas. ("The Rosary")

Between 1955 and 1973, Javier served as a soldier during the Vietnam War. ("The Price of Admission")

Around 1983, Javier met and fell in love with an 18-year old woman, Alice. She ended up being pregnant with Javier's baby, so the young couple married. Eventually, Alice gave birth to a son: Gary. ("Guilty")

In 1990, Gary's parents threw a huge party for Gary's seventh birthday, inviting the whole grade and hiring a magician. However, during the birthday party, they got into a huge fight in their bedroom and everyone heard them, prompting Gary to understand that their marriage was over. They eventually divorced a couple months later. ("Save the Date")

After the divorce, Javier is forced to raise Gary alone, as his now ex-wife abandoned him. As he grew up, Gary wanted to go less to church, but his father wanted to go more. ("The Rosary")
