Dana Honor is an executive producer of ABC's A Million Little Things.

Biography[]

Early Life[]

Not much is known about Dana Honor's early life. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University.[1]

Career[]

Honor started her creative career as an executive at Silver Pictures where she developed both features and television, working on such film projects as The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, 13 Ghosts, Exit Wounds, The Brave One, Cradle to the Grave, Ghost Ship, and Swordfish. Her television pilots include Future Tense, Newton and Next Action Star.[1]

Later, Honor started working at 20th Century Fox Television as a current programming executive. She shepherded dozens of series, including The Simple Life, Journeyman, Pepper Dennis, Drive, The Loop, Tru Calling, Wonderfalls, Point Pleasant and The Unit.[1]

Eventually, Honor became the senior vice president of comedy development of the company. During her 13-year tenure, her long list of successful development includes The Last Man on Earth, Speechless, Fresh off the Boat, Dads, Raising Hope, Don’t Trust the B---- in Apt 23, The New Normal, Modern Family and Life in Pieces.[1]

In August 2016, Honor joined Aaron Kaplan's Kapital Entertainment as an executive producer. During her first year, she worked on seven produced pilots. Of those seven, two went to series: 9JKL and Me, Myself and I, both on CBS.[1]

In 2018, Honor became an executive producer for ABC's A Million Little Things.[2]
