Angela Trimbur is one of the actors of A Million Little Things, portraying the role of Tessa.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Trimbur was born on July 19, 1981 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA. She attended Neshaminy High School in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and graduated in 1999. Prior to attending high school, Trimbur was homeschooled.She grew up a Jehovah's Witness, though she has stated she no longer practices the religion.

Trimbur began her acting career training in scene study at Sanford Meisner's Playhouse West, and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.

Career[]

Trimbur has guest starred in episodes of The Good Place, Drunk History, Workaholics, Californication, Anger Management, Hand of God, and CSI: Cyber, among others.

In 2015, Trimbur gained praise for her supporting role as Tina in the horror comedy The Final Girls. In 2018, Trimbur and Blasucci have appeared in the 2016 documentary film The Pistol Shrimps, about the actual recreational basketball team of the same name. She is also known for her role as Isabel in Trash Fire and Penny Whitewall on FXX's animated series Major Lazer. She has also had roles in the films Halloween II (2009) and The Kings of Summer (2013).

In 2019, Trimbur was cast as Tessa on A Million Little Things.

Personal life[]

Trimbur is a member of the Los Angeles-based basketball team Pistol Shrimps, alongside actress Aubrey Plaza. She created the LA City Municipal Dance Squad, a team of dancers to perform halftime show for the Los Angeles Women's Community Basketball pickup league.

In July 2018, Trimbur was diagnosed with breast cancer.
