Early life[]
Not much is known about Rouba's early life. She was born in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. At the age of four, her family immigrated to Israel and settled down in the city Haifa. She is Israeli-Canadian. After two years of military service, she moved to Vancouver, Canada to pursue a career in acting.
Career[]
Rouba's TV credits include Come to Daddy, Lucifer, Siren and Raining Cats and Dogs, among others.
In 2022, Rouba was cast as Rider #2 on A Million Little Things.
