Biography

Early life

Albert met Regina when she was 16. They were both working in a little Italian restaurant in Somerville. Every day before their shift, Albert and the rest of the restaurant crew used to have a family meal together, after they cooked whatever was left over from the day before. ("The Perfect Storm")

Season 2

Albert brings up the wrong fish order and Regina tells him she is just going with a cheaper fish. They are then greeted with an unexpected blackout, Regina does nothing and stay in completely quiet. Albert takes complete charge of the situation and organizes all that kitchen staff. He then continues to cook food throughout the day as more and more customers arrive. ("The Perfect Storm")
